How much can I share during the session? Will they be kept confidential?You can share as much as you are comfortable sharing. I understand that you may not be able to communicate everything with me during our first session, which is totally fine. We can talk about your current situation and what you want to achieve in the future. You can be as broad or specific as you wish. Our session is a safe place for you to disclose your thoughts and feelings. I only invite you to be open-minded and to allow yourself to explore what is holding you back or what you can do to overcome issues. Whatever you share in our sessions will be kept confidential. I am bound by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) code of ethics. Confidentiality is your right as a client, and I will uphold my part to keep your trust and privacy.

How many sessions should I take?The number of sessions that you need will ultimately depend on you. I suggest you take my 4-session package because cultivating a change in mindset takes time. Then you can increase the sessions to 8 or 12, depending on your needs.
